1.) Share your experience at Prototype
Coming into prototype, I had just lost my father to a terminal lung disease and I couldn’t find the motivation or support to get out of my own head. Having friend’s like the Chung’s allowed me to get into prototype, and Steve challenged me to start personal training with him. A year and a half later, I have lost over 25 lbs, and I feel stronger and more resilient both physically and mentally. Most important however is how much I look forward to seeing everyone at the gym. No matter what is going on, prototype is a place to escape and clear mymind.
2.) What is your favorite part about being at Prototype?
The community. Everyone at Prototype makes you feel like you are being supported in your goals and life.
3.) What are your hobbies and activities?
I love to fish, train at the gym (my mental solace), and cook for my family and friends.
4.) How has Prototype helped you or solved a problem for you?
Prototype has allowed me to improve myself both mentally and physically and overcome some of the toughest times that I have had to endure in my life. Before coming to Prototype I was in the worst physical shape of my life, and probably the worst mental state. I believe I am a better husband, father, and leader because of the changes I have made and the discipline it takes to continue to get better.
5.) What are you continuing fitness goals to this point?
I would love to continue to improve my mobility and increase my strength.
