1. Share your CrossFit Prototype experience and fitness journey
I joined CrossFit Prototype because I was having trouble working out on my own. CFP has held me accountable for my fitness and overall health. I’ve been able to identify strengths and weaknesses through learning new movements. I’m always so impressed with the level of engagement from the coaches and how motivated I am by my peers.

2. What is your favorite part about being at CFP? 
I’ve made so many friends through the group and continue to meet new people. I always enjoy how fun it is to workout with someone for the first time. I get a kick out of how they have the same enthusiasm as the people your with every day. 

3. What are your hobbies and activities?
I like to write on things, maybe you’ve noticed.  I’m into doing art work with the kids.  For some strange reason I’m also into doing yard work and hoping to make an awesome lawn.  I think this still falls under art work.

4. How has (if it has) CFP helped you outside the gym (in sports etc)
After joining CFP I noticed an increase in my energy level. That’s translated to being more productive at work and helps me keep up with the kids.

5. What are you continuing fitness goals to this point?
My goal is to show up and to show up often!  I’ve come to a point where I want to focus more on technique.  Screaming and GRUNTING only gets you so far… but it sure is fun.

6. What is your favorite quote
I’m terrible at remembering quotes however, this one stays with me in the gym and has helped me push through the tough ones: “You don’t have to go fast, just don’t stop” -BZ. This mindset has helped me to do exactly that and I continue to get faster.
