7 cycles per round
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press
-add weight after each rd and build to a max weight
-push press can be combined into a thruster
-score max weight at the end
-you cannot drop the bar during a cycle
-take as much rest as you need between rounds
