Prototype Kid of the Month: Brigid Belger
Hi, my name is Brigid Belger and I’m 13 years old. My favorite sport is swimming and I also enjoy playing field hockey. I like to read, surf, and spend time with my friends. I attend grade at Hopkinton Middle School and hope to be in Pharmacy when I grow up.
My CrossFit journey began a little over a year ago when the swimming season ended. I had heard of CrossFit from a friend and decided that it would be a good way to get strong and hopefully improve my swimming and I am really glad that I started doing it.
The people at CrossFit Prototype are one of the reasons why I love it so much. Everyone is so nice and supportive to one and other, and I have made great friendships through it.
Some of my goals are to become an ocean guard when I’m 16 and to make the best out of everything.
My favorite quotes are “You have to learn the rules of the game. And then you have to play better than anyone else” (-Albert Einstein) and one from my favorite movie’s “Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it”(-Ferris from Ferris Buellers Day Off). (Sorry I couldn’t choose one 🙂
