What was your goal/motivation behind joining Prototype Nutrition?

I was motivated to join the Prototype Nutrition program after the birth of my daugher.  I was feeling overwhelmed by all of the changes happening in life and I was neglecting my diet! The Prototype Nutrition program seemed like it could support and help me balance family, fitness and nutrition. My goals were to return to pre-pregnancy weight, size and fitness level.

What sets Prototype Nutrition apart from other weight loss programs you have tried?

The support of a personal nutrition coach and being part of the Prototype Nutrition community sets this program above all others.  Also, the program is flexible, practical, and easy to follow.  I noticed weight loss results without feeling limited by food choices.

What did you find as a result of joining the Prototype Nutrition program?

Initially, the program took me time, effort and practice.  I needed to determine what tools and strategies worked best before I developed a routine.

What specific feature did you like most about this program?

I liked the meetings with my coach – they helped keep me on track and held me accountable.

What are three ways Prototype Nutrition has impacted/changed your lifestyle?

I am more knowledgeable about the nutrition my body needs based on my activity level.
I have an organized approach to shopping, planning, and preparing food/meals (with the company of a 5 month old baby).
I sleep better and have more energy during the day.

 
What would be your advice to someone thinking about joining this program?

The program not only can help with weight loss goals.  It provides support in planning/organizing, new ideas for recipes and food choices, and education about overall nutrition.
