Share your Prototype experience and fitness journey

I began CrossFit in November of 2020, I joined Prototype after my dad suggested it and thought I would enjoy it. I have been coming almost every week since then and it has been a fun experience to try something new. I’ve been a dancer for 9 almost 10 years and had not done much other exercise outside of dance. Joining Prototype gave me an opportunity to exercise in a way I have not done before and I enjoy it a lot.

What is your favorite part about being at Prototype? 

My favorite part about being at Prototype is the fun and positive atmosphere at each class, everyone has a positive attitude which makes the class a lot of fun.

What are your hobbies and activities?

Some hobbies I enjoy to do include, competitive dance and skiing.

How has (if it has) Prototype helped you outside the gym (in sports etc)?

Prototype has helped me outside the gym because my stamina has improved in dance and when I ski.

What are you continuing fitness goals to this point?

My fitness goals are to be more improved and a better version of myself, as well as to get stronger.
