Share your CrossFit Prototype experience and fitness journey
It  started with a Christmas gift certificate in 2016 from my kids.  I took the plunge in Feb 2017 with Ben’s coaching and instruction.  Joining  the classes was eye opener on where I  thought I was and where I really was with strength and conditioning.  I was never a weight-lifter other than the occasional  stints with barbell curls and bench press.  I’d say the first six to eight months were up and down, then late last year the workouts got to be more  manageable with better results.  Signing up and participating in The (CrossFit) Open was very cool and provided the opportunity to see what all those workout results meant.  It took some time but I enjoy the weightlifting and pushing for PRs.  I like the variability of the workouts as you know over time your working the whole body.  Lately grinding through an EMOM, AMRAP or a Metcon is very rewarding.
