Share your CrossFit Prototype experience and fitness journey
When I came to CFP with Mike and Brian from BSC I was a bit worried about CrossFit training.  Having many reservations and fears about my abilities, Mike and Brian both made me feel at ease.  They took so much time to explain this new venture , that took the fears away. That was one of the best decisions on fitness I have ever made. The guidance and support for the past 6 years has educated me to ensure a lifetime of healthy habits.

What is your favorite part about being at CFP?
The diversity of The membership is one of my favorite parts of CFP and the environment it creates.

What are your hobbies and activities?
My biggest hobby for the past 20 years is Dog agility. Training and competing with my dogs requires short bursts of running, the conditioning workouts are perfect for me .

How has (if it has) CFP helped you outside the gym (in sports etc)?

The trainers at CFP have shown me so many mobility exercises which I use every time I compete for my warm up. The conditioning suits the sport I do as each run is between 20 and 45 seconds.


What are you continuing fitness goals to this point?
I want to continue with mobility and staying strong as a lifelong habit. The social aspect of this gym is a huge part of health and wellness and one other piece I value.
