1.) Share your CrossFit Prototype experience and fitness journey
I found CFP after re-locating back to Massachusetts from Michigan where I originally started doing CrossFit. I tried another gym but wasn’t super happy with the atmosphere or coaching – It didn’t feel like my old gym in Detroit but I decided to give it a fair shot. After a month, I decided it was time to try another spot. Immediately upon walking into CFP and knew I had found my place. The gym was clean, the people were welcoming and the coaches were informative, attentive and I could tell that they genuinely wanted to see their athletes get better.
2.)   What is your favorite part about being at CFP?
Like most others who have answered this question, it’s the community. The people and coaches at CFP are unmatched. My Hour at CFP has easily become something I look forward to each day and the camaraderie and friendships made here are the reason why.
3.)   What are you hobbies and activities?
Outside of the gym, I really enjoy playing lacrosse, hockey and golf. I also enjoy taking on home improvement projects and traveling with my wife.
4.)   How has (if it has) CFP helped you outside the gym (in sports etc)?
I certainly notice the difference on the lacrosse field. I was slowing way down and not playing anywhere near the level that I did in college or that I knew I was capable of. I recognized that and it was a big reason why I decided to start CrossFit in the first place. It’s nice to see my game starting to come back so I can squeeze a few more years of playing in before I hang em up for good.
5.)   What are you continuing fitness goals to this point?
My goals are to keep getting stronger, in better shape and to lead an overall healthier life. I feel great but also know there is so much left to achieve. I enjoy seeing progress and look forward to achieving even more thanks to the programming at CFP.
