I remember my first training session with Bethany. She pushed me hard which helped me to survive the workouts. This training helped me realize my ability to perform. In two years at CFP I have seen tremendous improvement in my overall fitness. Thanks to all the coaches at CFP, I have grown more competent & confident in my workouts.

What is your favorite part about being at CFP? 
My favorite part at CFP is the time I spend with my coaches and friends I have made here. I love the overall community feeling here. It is the best time of my day after work!

What are your hobbies and activities?
Outside of work, I am a professional wildlife/landscape photographer and love traveling. I enjoy trying different cuisines while on travel and food is definitely my weakness. Apart from CFP, I also enjoy kickboxing and hiking.

How has (if it has) CFP helped you outside the gym?
CFP has helped me in my overall mental and physical development. I feel more stronger and healthier today. This has helped me gain an equilibrium in my personal and professional life. I am more disciplined today in everything I do.

What are you continuing fitness goals to this point?
I have completed almost 2 years now and at this point I just want to keep going. I have no specific goals other than to better my PR from my last workout.
