Summary:
Studies show the benefits of exercise for students with ADD/ADHD. In
this free workshop the knowledgeable staff at CrossFit Prototype in
Westborough will run a workout and mixed martial arts class for
students ages 7-11 as well as an informational presentation for
parents.

Speaker Mike Collette is the Head Coach at CrossFit
Prototype and an Ignite! NeuroMotive Coach. He is the
Head Coach for the Armstrong Elementary School
Reebok BOKS Kid Program, and Assistant Coach for the
Grafton Middle School Crossfit Kids Program. He has
certifications from the National Academy of Sports
Medicine and a BS in Sports Medicine
