Prototype Training Systems is the home of CrossFit Prototype, a CrossFit affiliate since 2012.  Our CrossFit classes are the most popular group class that we offer, and our members love it! These classes are 60 minutes in duration, providing a full-body workout every single day! The beauty behind our CrossFit classes is the elegant blend of mobility, strength training, and conditioning workouts that vary on a day to day basis.

Thrive Class

THRIVE is a fast-paced, high-intensity, but low impact class focusing on increasing strength endurance, and aerobic capacity. Our THRIVE program is led by Coach Leah who will keep you moving for the full 60-minute class! Leah’s background is in personal training, group fitness training, and nutrition consulting! So in these classes, you will get the best of those worlds! If you are looking for high energy, boot camp style class but may not be into the barbells and heavy lifting like in our CrossFit classes, then THRIVE will be perfect for you!

Are you looking to improve your strength? Then Prototype Strength has the program for you! Prototype Strength has multiple offerings to help you with your strength goals and is customizable to help those looking to improve strength for sport or for general fitness! There are various options within the Prototype Strength program.

Prototype X is the newest program that we have added to our schedule here at Prototype Training Systems. The “X” in Prototype X stands for eXpress because these are 45 minute, full-body workouts that will leave you feeling sweaty, strong and ready to tackle the rest of your day! These classes are structured differently than our THRIVE or CrossFit classes as they are always full-body, circuit-style workouts where you will be doing a multitude of different functional movements.

At Prototype Nutrition, we believe that what you put into your body dictates 80% of your goals.
