EXPERIENCE ONE-ON-ONE ATTENTION

Our personal training and small group training program at Prototype Training Systems has quickly become our most popular program! When Prototype Training Systems (formerly CrossFit Prototype) opened in 2012,  our major focus was helping people through group exercise and taking our experience from the personal training field to deliver a relationship-driven experience in every class.  As our facility grew, we continued to deliver functional training to every one of our members however, we found that not every single person who walked through our doors wanted group training. Something that has always been important to us and that is a value of ours helping others, so we put more focus on helping more people from a 1-1 and small group approach. What we found was that there were so many more amazing people within our community that we weren’t serving but now we can! With a combined 50 years of training experience, our coaches have worked with hundreds of people, helping shape each person in some form. Each person who either walks through our doors or contacts us about our training services gets a complimentary No Sweat Intro session with one of our trainers. In this exploratory session, we actively listen to the things that are the most important to the individual and prescribe a plan that best suits both their goals and their budget.

Integrity is our second value next to Family, and we will always be transparent with what we prescribe and our offerings. After you get your prescription and begin to start training, your trainer will develop a custom training program to help you achieve your goals. Our training sessions are performed in either 60-minute or 30-minute blocks and our memberships are monthly vs. package based. One of the unique elements of our programs is our personal training or small group training memberships. Unlike the traditional personal training or small group training where you purchase a package of sessions, our memberships are structured to be billed on a monthly recurring basis and have either 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month commitments. Our goal is to get you to your goals, hold you accountable to those goals, and ensure that you won’t miss a workout! We are here to help and always will be!
