FAST-PACED, HIGH-INTENSITY, BUT LOW IMPACT

THRIVE is a fast-paced, high-intensity, but low impact class focusing on increasing strength endurance, and aerobic capacity. Our THRIVE program is led by Coach Leah who will keep you moving for the full 60-minute class! Leah’s background is in personal training, group fitness training, and nutrition consulting! So in these classes, you will get the best of those worlds! If you are looking for high energy, boot camp style class but may not be into the barbells and heavy lifting like in our CrossFit classes, then THRIVE will be perfect for you! THRIVE was designed to get your heart rate up, be fun, and push you just outside your comfort zone in a group-based atmosphere. With a focus on core, agility, and speed, participants will notice they get faster and are able to complete higher intensity workouts more easily.

These classes are perfect for endurance athletes or someone who just wants to lose weight and tone up! All fitness levels are welcome and we cater to everyone! The best part about our THRIVE classes is that Coach Leah will make it customizable for you! If you have a previous injury or something is bothering you, that isn’t a reason why you can’t exercise! We will recommend alternative movement options to allow you to still get a great workout in and avoid any additional strain! We have a motto and that is to “Train like an athlete. Look like an athlete. And move like an athlete!” We promise you will not be disappointed with THRIVE and you will leave each class feeling even better than you did when you walked in through the door (or virtual door for the matter!). Prototype X

45 MINUTE, CIRCUIT TRAINING AND INTERVAL WORKOUT

Prototype X is the newest program that we have added to our schedule here at Prototype Training Systems. The “X” in Prototype X stands for eXpress because these are 45 minute, full-body workouts that will leave you feeling sweaty, strong and ready to tackle the rest of your day! These classes are structured differently than our THRIVE or CrossFit classes as they are always full-body, circuit-style workouts where you will be doing a multitude of different functional movements.

These classes are led by Coach Andy Vassor who has taken his style of training to Prototype with his fun and innovative style! These classes are perfect for people who are on the go and looking for 45 minutes of full-body cardio and strength training.

As in all of our group classes, Prototype X is now included as part of our group class membership. Additionally, if you have any movement limitations or previous history of injury, these workouts are universally modifiable to your specific needs!
