Triple 3 (Time)
Triple 3 (Event 1 from Day 2 CrossFit Games Individual WOD 2014)
In Teams of 3:
-Row can be partitioned however you want (Ex: 3 x 1k row)
Once you finish row, you can move onto DU’s, same rules applied, partitioned however you want.
3 mile run is cumulative, all 3 members run at same time, last one to finish their 1 mile run, 2 laps, that is their team time.
For time:
Row 3,000 meters
300 double-unders
Run 3 miles
