Then Prototype Strength has the program for you! Prototype Strength has multiple offerings to help you with your strength goals and is customizable to help those looking to improve strength for sport or for general fitness! There are various options within the Prototype Strength program:

Prototype Barbell Club is home to nationally competitive athletes in the sport of Olympic weightlifting and runs multiple programs to help one improve their Olympic lifts. The snatch and the clean & jerk are complex, athletic movements that take time to master. Our coaches simplify these movements and build individuals from the ground-up, to help them become strong, proficient weightlifters and individuals. Our club can be used to help one improve their technique for CrossFit or enjoyment, build explosive strength and power for athletics or to compete locally and nationally in the sport of weightlifting. Within the Prototype Barbell Club, we have a Youth and Adult program.

1.) Prototype Youth Barbell Program: This program is for all genders and ability levels, ages 12-17. Members of this program learn how to safely lift weights while building strength and confidence in a fun team environment. Youth Barbell currently meets Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9 am-10:15 am.

2.) Prototype Adult Barbell Program: This program offers two programming variations to help maximize individuals goals in a group setting. The Club Programming is for those looking to improve their Olympic lifts and/or compete in the sport of weightlifting.  Hybrid Programming is for those looking to incorporate powerlifting (squat, bench, and deadlift) with Olympic lifting for a more varied style of training. Group coaching for adult programs meets Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 6-7:15 am & 4-5:15 pm.

Prototype Strength custom programming is available for any individual that has personal goals in strength & conditioning outside of the programs outlined above. You will meet with a coach to discuss your goals and have a plan that is crafted to your needs and aligns with your goals. This is fully customizable, gives you unlimited access and accountability with your coach and a specific program to help guide you on your strength journey!
