1.) Share you CrossFit Prototype experience and fitness journey
I was never into fitness. I used to occasionally play different sports, but after college they were few and far between. After moving to Westborough, I had started going to BSC, but I wasn’t seeing any improvements and it had become more of a chore than anything else.At the same time, I always saw CFP on my way to and from work every day, but never gave it a second thought till someone at work told me about Crossfit. It sounded scary and even crazy at first, but after doing some research I thought of trying it out. I am so glad that I stepped into CFP and spoke with Brian.
After that, I have never looked back. Right from day 1 of elements  to now I have enjoyed every second of my time in CFP. Before joining CFP I never knew how to work out, now I sort of do…
 
2.) What is your favorite part about being at CFP?
My favorite part of being at CFP are the people. Right from the coaches(who are the greatest :-)), to each and every member, everyone makes you feel welcome and part of a community.
Also, the realization that each day as I finish a work out, I am better than I was yesterday is rewarding.
 
3.) What are you hobbies and activities?
We recently had a baby, and now everything revolves around him. We are still getting used to him and trying to figure out everything. In a previous life, my wife and I used to enjoy going out for dinner and trying out different types of cuisines. I also used to enjoy playing video games, on the computer and the console.
 
4.) How has (if it has) CFP helped you outside the gym (in sports etc)?
Outside of CFP, I don’t get a lot of  physical activity. However, I have seen that in everyday activities my posture has improved, as well as I don’t get tired or out of breath anymore. Also, it seems like I have more energy, which obviously helps with taking care of the baby.
 
5.) What are you continuing fitness goals to this point?
I am just beginning in my journey. There is room for a lot of improvement. I want to get stronger, build more endurance and stamina, increase my mobility etc. Gymnastic movements are very challenging for me and I want to focus on improving this area next.
