*If you don’t finish at least 15 rds EMOTM, your WOD becomes 15 rds for time. For example:
Sally completes 5 rds+20 reps (all rds done under the minute cap for each rd)
She then continues and finishes 15 rds in 20:21.
Your score is based on the rd’s you complete in under the minute

10 Push-ups
15 Squats
