Endurance athletes are you looking for a way to maintain endurance, gain strength and stay enthusiastic about your training through the winter? Join our Prototype Endurance class on Mondays and Fridays at 5:30am.
If you are a Triathlete, long distance runner, obstacle course enthusiast or someone looking to focus on increasing their endurance, we have have the class for you!

CrossFit Prototype Coach and CrossFit Games Regional Athlete- Nathan Kuffrey
Nathan is a CF L1 trainer and former Division II college athlete.  He attended Assumption College earning degrees in biology (focusing on developmental physiology) and marketing. Nathan has also 3 years of Personal Training experience as an ISSA Personal Trainer in addition to being a certified EMT. Nathan Competed in the 2012 CrossFit Games Northeast Regionals and the 2014 CrossFit Games Northeast Regionals as an individual. Nathan’s background in sport and endurance based training gives him an advantage as a Coach and competitor.
