find 5 rep max goblet squat

need these 3 things to be counted as a good set

feet flat on the ground

back straight

squat all the way down(hips get down to knee level)

partner gives either thumbs up or down after set. You need 2 thumbs ups for the set to count

death by burpees (AMRAP – Reps)
