Prototype Nutritionists work 1-1 with our clients and you don’t need to participate in our fitness offerings to do so.

How Nutrition Coaching Works at Prototype

Every nutrition client starts with an intake session where your coach learns about your current eating habits, your health history, your schedule, and what you're actually trying to accomplish. From there, we build a personalized nutrition plan — not a generic template, but a real strategy based on who you are and how you live.

Coaching includes regular check-in sessions, progress tracking, and adjustments along the way. As your body changes and your goals evolve, your plan evolves with you. We also educate you throughout the process so you understand why you're eating the way you are — because understanding leads to independence, not just compliance.

Nutrition coaching can be combined with personal training or group classes for a fully integrated approach, or it can stand alone as a dedicated program. Many of our members see their best results when training and nutrition are working together under the same coaching roof.
