Every personal training client at Prototype Training Systems follows our prescriptive coaching model. We start with a thorough assessment — movement quality, training history, current fitness level, and your specific goals. From that foundation, your coach builds a custom program and adjusts it continuously based on your progress.

Sessions are appointment-based, which means dedicated 1-on-1 time with your coach and full accountability on both sides. You're not just showing up to use equipment — you're working with a coach who knows your program, tracks your results, and is invested in your success. This level of structure and accountability is what separates personal training at Prototype from anything you'd get at a big-box gym.

We also offer the option to combine personal training with our nutrition coaching services — because training and nutrition together produce dramatically better results than either alone.

Training Formats

1-on-1 Training

Fully private sessions with your dedicated coach. Maximum focus, maximum customization. Available in 30, 45, or 60-minute blocks.

Partner Training

Train with a friend, spouse, or colleague. Same personalized programming, shared investment. A great option for accountability partners.

Small Group Training

Semi-private training with 2–4 people. Custom programming in a supportive group setting — the best of both worlds.
