Your Burning Questions Answered
Can I do more than one program?
Of course! Our programs and membership offerings at Prototype are customizable to your goals and needs. We call these Hybrid Memberships and over 50% of our members utilize a Hybrid Membership. An example of this would be combining nutrition consulting with group classes.
Can I put my membership on hold if I'm leaving for a while?
Yes, but, we have a maximum of 30 Day holds. If a hold exceeds 30 Days, you will unfortunately have to cancel your membership. In addition, we require 5 days notification prior to a membership hold. To put your membership on hold, there is a link at the bottom of the website!
How do I cancel my membership?
First off, we would hate to see you go! However, if you need to cancel your membership we understand. To cancel your membership, you will need to submit a cancellation form which is located at the bottom of the website.
Our cancellation policy does require 30 days notice. If you cancel inside 30 days, you will be billed for the next cycle. After submitting your cancellation form, our head coach will give you a call to gain an understanding of the cancellation and then will process your cancellation.
Can I workout on my own at Prototype?
Prior to COVID-19, we did allow for open gym access. These times were 11 am-3 pm. Due to the new normal and preventing more people being in at the facility, the only access to the facility that we allow is when you’re working with a coach in person. So we will not be allowing people to workout at Prototype unless it’s with a trainer or coach.
Do you offer free classes?
Prior to COVID-19, we did allow a free trial class to anyone looking to join our facility that had prior CrossFit experience. Since COVID-19, our classes and offerings are at limited capacity and we need to meet our current member demand prior to allowing anyone to come into a class. If you would like to sign up for a membership, you would be more than welcome to come into our classes!
How do I get started?
To get started is easy:
- Book a free no-sweat intro session (this will be done virtually until we return to a new normal)
- Your coach will give you the best recommendation and program for your goals.
- Sign up and start your journey at Prototype!
Are there custom options available?
Custom Personal Training, Small Group Training, and Hybrid Memberships are also available so that we can best meet your personal goals!
