Tony is a veteran with 20 years of Army service. Fitness was an important part of Tony’s military career. His training focused on functional fitness, routinely incorporating CrossFit into unit training. A few years after he left service, Tony was looking for a new way to stay fit and decided to attend CrossFit Level 1 training. The group training reminded him of training in the Army. Soon after he joined Prototype.
Tony’s hobbies are powerlifting, fishing, kayaking and family time. He also teaches English a few times a week to families new to the country.
