A prototype of the month certificate for jaryd belanger

The criteria and standards that we look for when our team puts in their nominations for  Prototype of the month are Coachability, Caring, and Community and in our opinion, Jaryd encompasses all three of those qualities handily. Congratulations Jaryd!

1.) Share your experience at Prototype:

I started at Prototype back in 2015 with 2 friends that were already members, Donny and Rachel. I instantly felt at home and loved the coaches and community, and remained a member for a year or so before leaving. In January of 2021 I was mentally and physically in need of a change and Jon was my first call. I did 1 on 1 training with Jon for a year because I just couldn’t hold myself accountable and was just in a low place mentally. Not only did Jon help me with my strength and accountability, he really helped me mentally by listening and helping me out of this rut i was in. I’m now able to hold myself accountable and enjoy coming in everyday!

2.) What is your favorite part about being at Prototype?

Easy, the coaches, fellow members and the community I’ve become a part of.

3.) What are your hobbies and activities?

Mountain biking, track days in my car, road trips and traveling.

4.) How has Prototype helped you or solved a problem for you?

I outlined that in the first question, but beyond helping me get back to the person I wanted to be, it has really helped me be a more productive person in my personal and professional life.

5.) What are you continuing fitness goals to this point?

To stay consistent in the gym, continue to get stronger and hopefully get my diet consistent.

6.) Favorite Quote:

“Treat others as you want to be treated.”
